When you use our services or website, we collect information you provide directly to us (name, business email, phone number, and CRM connection credentials). During agent operations, caller phone numbers, call audio, and transcripts are processed strictly to fulfill voice booking functions.
We process voice and customer data solely to execute call routing, calendar booking sync, SMS confirmations, and transcript logs. We do not sell caller information or customer business records to third parties.
Payment information is collected and processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Infinilabs does not store or process raw payment card numbers. Voice data and SMS routing utilize SOC2-compliant enterprise telephony infrastructure.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration specified in your service tier or until manual deletion is requested. All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS encryption standards.
