The one-time setup fee of $250 covers dedicated technical configuration, custom agent workflow engineering, webhook infrastructure, and carrier phone line provisioning. Setup fees become strictly non-refundable once development has begun.
Your first month's subscription retainer ($350) includes a 10-day satisfaction guarantee starting from your initial deployment date. If the system does not meet your operational dispatch requirements within the first 14 days, you may request a 100% refund of the $350 retainer by contacting support.
Following the initial 10-day evaluation window, the $350 monthly retainer renews automatically. You may cancel at any time with no penalties or long-term contracts by notifying us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Your service remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle.
In the event of an extended, unscheduled service disruption directly caused by Infinilabs core voice infrastructure, accounts may be granted prorated service credits for subsequent billing cycles upon review.
To request a refund during your eligible 10-day window or cancel monthly subscription at anytime , submit a written request with your registered account details to our billing team at support@infinilabs.tech. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method through Paddle within 3–5 business days.
