By accessing or using the services provided by Infinilabs, Inc. ("Infinilabs", "we", "our", or "us"), including our AI voice dispatch agents, custom telephony provisioning, and workflow automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Infinilabs develops, hosts, and integrates custom artificial intelligence voice agents for inbound call answering, appointment scheduling, and automated field dispatch. Telephony routing and SMS notifications are provisioned through verified telecommunications partners.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Pricing consists of an upfront custom engineering setup fee and recurring monthly maintenance fees as agreed upon during onboarding.
You agree not to use Infinilabs services for unlawful robocalling, deceptive telemarketing, or harassment. You acknowledge that certain jurisdictions require consent for call recording. It is your responsibility to ensure proper disclosures are enabled on your lines in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Infinilabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication carrier outages, missed client bookings, or downstream telephony network latency.
